1. Service Usage

2. Payments
By proceeding with any payment on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to the payment process:
- Payment Methods: Payments may be made using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other methods as made available from time to time. We reserve the right to add or remove available payment methods without prior notice.
- Secure Processing: All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store, save, or have access to your sensitive card or bank details. For your safety, please ensure you are using our official website or authorized apps only.
- Authorization: By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment partners to process and complete the transaction.
- Pricing & Currency: All prices listed are in INR (₹), unless stated otherwise. Any applicable GST, taxes, or surcharges will be added at checkout as per government regulations. Prices may change without prior notice.
- Payment Confirmation: A digital confirmation email/receipt will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details to receive confirmations and updates.
- Failed Transactions: We are not responsible for failed payments due to technical issues, network errors, insufficient funds, or incorrect information provided by you. In such cases, your bank may still deduct the amount temporarily; refunds for failed or pending transactions will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
- Refund & Cancellation:
- Payments once made are generally non-refundable, except in cases where a duplicate transaction has occurred, or a service/product is unavailable.
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction date by contacting our support team.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to bank policies.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: In case of any issue, you must first contact our support team to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of your account and/or legal action.
- Third-Party Fees: You are responsible for any charges, fees, or service costs imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider during the transaction process.
- Payment Records: It is your responsibility to keep records of your payments (such as receipts, confirmation emails, and bank statements) for future reference and proof of payment.
- Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious payment activity will result in immediate suspension of your account and may be reported to legal authorities. We reserve the right to block future transactions from such accounts.
- Changes to Payment Policy: We may update or modify our payment terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
